Introducing the Oh INDIA PhotoBook
From the delicacy of prayer to the drama of the Himalayan mountains, this photobook explores the tenderness and the chaos from the country on everyone’s list: India.
Proceeds from this PhotoBook will be donated to Kaikala Chetana, a community-run, volunteer-based education program for India’s rural poor in West Bengal, which - during the peak of the recent COVID lockdown - was hit by Cyclone ‘Amphan’, destroying homes, crops, and agricultural resources upon which the village depends.

After visiting Kaikala Chetana during my travels in India, the Oh India project was born. Starting as an exhibition in Sydney in 2016, which raised over $5000AUD for the program - funding it for the next 2 years - the work now takes book form to further support this progressive and inclusive program.
Containing 50 images from places such as Kolkata, Darjeeling, Nubra Valley, and Leh Ladakh, as well as Kaikala Chetana itself.
